What really stood out was Jess's attention to detail - she beautifully captured all those special little moments while I was getting ready (shoes, rings, invitations) that I might have otherwise missed. During a week that we had experienced some unfortunate stressful events, they both went above and beyond to help ease our worries and help us have fun!
Jess also coordinated with the staff and security at The Plaza Hotel to get us access to the stunning rooftop and mezzanine for photos - the results were absolutely breathtaking! Again, all of this happened behind the scenes by them so that I could just relax and show up which I appreciated so much.
Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, Jess was always responsive and easy to work with. She even surprised us with beautifully edited sneak peek photos just two days after the wedding, which we absolutely loved! The final wedding album she created is stunning and something we'll treasure forever."
